By accessing or using the SFI Solution platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SFI Solution provides an AI-powered financial reconciliation platform that enables businesses to match and reconcile transactions across bank statements, payment processors, and accounting ledgers. The Service includes:

Automated transaction matching and reconciliation
Bank and payment processor integrations (Plaid, Stripe)
Accounting software integrations (Xero, QuickBooks)
Data export and reporting features

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to applicable taxes
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform
Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code
Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We do not claim any ownership rights over your financial data. We process your data solely to provide the reconciliation service as described.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

SFI Solution provides reconciliation assistance and AI-powered matching suggestions. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on reconciliation results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of SFI Solution. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
